About page should be about LoCo Teams, not the directory

Or it should be about both. Can somebody suggest a piece of text?

How about change About at the top to 'About LoCo's' or something like that, and then in the info at the bottom add a link to 'About LoCo Directory'

I've added a few screenshots of a mock-up I created as a solution to this item. Separates the About LoCo's and About LoCo Directory as I think they should be two different items.

I'd rather see this kind of information on the homepage and /teams page, instead of the /about page for two reasons:

1) I assume that loco.ubuntu.com/about will contain information about loco.ubuntu.com, not loco teams and advocacy in general.

2) Most people don't go to "About" links on websites unless they're interested in some technical or organizational information about the site itself. Putting advocacy information there means it won't get the exposure you are hoping for.

#1 could be fixed by changing the URL, #2, that's why I renamed it from 'about' to 'about loco teams'

I think it's fine if we
 - add a /about-loco page and
 - link it from the mainpage
 - link it from the about page
 - link it from the loco-council page

I think we have a lot of the content here https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LoCoTeams
but I think about LoCo team should be more visable rather than linked from LoCo Council pate

Yup that looks very good! I'd like to see that, nice and clear and simple to navigate!

I will work on it some more and make a merge request soon.
