oops accessing any URL ending in 'manage'

I guess this is a zcml-type error somewhere.

every time i click to go to the details of this branch i get this error

i tried it several times. however i came to notice the problem is only with branches whose names are ~lp:.../manage.
because all the other branches in the same project work perfectly, except for these with manage as the branch.

now is there a way i can delete this branch? because i can't access the page with the facility to delete the branch.
