Requesting a reviewer on a branch doesn't update the UI

Bug Description
To re-create:
* Go to one of your branches
* Click "Request another review"
* select someone and hit enter
* watch the spinny thing spin
* watch the spinny thing disappear without updating the UI
Reloading the page puts the new reviewer in the page, and email is received, so it's an AJAX bug.
