Bug Description
As reported by Chris Jones in #launchpad...
This page is way too big and takes too long to render:

I thought maybe the superseded ones could be suppressed, but Chris suggests a different approach:
<Ng> barry: my initial reaction was just that it should be paginated, with a page size that's reasonable for a small project and for things that are uploaded very frequently

Paginating the history seems like a suitable solution and it's also easy to implement. It may fit in the source package page redesign we planned in the soyuz UI sprint.
