It is possible to subscribe a mailing list to itself from +editemails

Bug Description

Requires bug 174453 to be fixed.

(it's supposed to be +editemails, but a lot of the functionality is duplicated in the "change contact address" section)

You can subscribe a confirmed team mailing address (like you can for a person) to a mailing list of a team that you're a part of. ie, ~kubuntu-members-kde4 mailing list is a confirmed team address, so can subscribe itself to the kubuntu-members-kde4 mailing list (ie, itself).

This generates OOPS-810EA10.

Clearly, this is evil, bad, and wrong.

Please note that you need to be a team admin or owner to be able to reproduce this. Random members of teams cannot set team emails.

Exception type: CannotSubscribe
Exception value: Teams cannot be mailing list members: Kubuntu Members - KDE 4 Repository

I do not think this is possible any more because the the forms and what they are attached to prevent the team from using the user form.
