Bug Description

It's not currently possible to see who is subscribed to a team's mailing list. The ~team page should either display this or contain a link to see the roster. It's possible the roster should be visible only to team administrators.

Currently, an workaround for this bug is to see the team's member list. All members are automatically subscribed. This will change when the 'lurker mode' is implemented (bug 194126) and we'll need a page that displays the mailing list roster.

Actually, this is not true. Mermbers /are not/ automatically subscribed. It is really not possible to see who among the team members are or are not subscribed.

This should be a post-2.0 feature.
