launchpad-form.pt doesn't present widget errors clearly

Bug Description
Current launchpad-form.pt doesn't present widget error in red (assuming it would be the clearest form to do it).
It happens because the CSS "error" class (which DTRT for other bits in the same template) is set is the wrong tag, not in the <div> which actually contains the error.
