Bug Description
1- Editing announcement did not get previous data
2- in the announcement the web links comes as text not as a links
3- when I add the second announcement Not send immediate (Second announcement was with utf-8 Arabic)
4- View all page not include the new lines (enter) that included in the announcements

The second item I believe is fixed in the next rollout. Please file (3) separate bugs for your 3 separate issues, and please include more information on each of them. It's bad practice to put multiple bugs in a single report!
