Bug Description

In a branch that has an apostrophe in its name, "make run" does not work, and nor does the test suite.

For example:

16:54:55@2007-07-what's-next> make run
python2.4 utilities/shhh.py make -C sourcecode build PYTHON=python2.4 \
            PYTHON_VERSION=2.4 LPCONFIG=default
rm -f bzr-version-info.py bzr-version-info.pyc
if which bzr > /dev/null && test -x `which bzr`; \
                then PYTHONPATH= bzr version-info --format=python > bzr-version-info.py 2>/dev/null; \
        fi
rm -f thread*.request
LPCONFIG=default PYTHONPATH=/home/mpt/hacking/lpsrc/2007-07-what's-next/sourcecode/twisted:/home/mpt/hacking/lpsrc/2007-07-what's-next/sourcecode/zope/src:/home/mpt/hacking/lpsrc/2007-07-what's-next/lib: \
                 python2.4 -t runlaunchpad.py -r librarian -C configs/default/launchpad.conf
/bin/sh: Syntax error: Unterminated quoted string
make: *** [run] Error 2
