Bug Description
We should add an AJAXified button to the index page of teams with mailing lists, which when clicked, immediately unsubscribes the user from the team's mailing list. This is related to bug 376520 since the button described in that bug is probably alternatively displayed as an unsubscribe button when the visiting user is a member of the team's mailing list.
It's an open question as to whether clicking this button also unjoins them from the team. Maybe we add a checkbox (probably defaulted to off) on the AJAX pop up.
