Mail headers: X-Launchpad-Message-Rationale: Subscriber should be X-Launchpad-Message-Rationale: Subscriber <username> on bugs (and presumably others)

Bug Description

Currently, for bugs that a user has subscribed to, the X-Launchpad-Message-Rationale header is "Subscriber".

It would be great if this could be changed to X-Launchpad-Message-Rationale: Subscriber <username>, or X-Launchpad-Message-Rationale: Subscriber person, or something, to make it more easy to differentiate from team mail (which uses Subscriber @ubuntu-archive or whatever, iirc)

What's wrong with the current format, which adds @team-name to the rationale header of bug notifications where the team is subscribed?

Nothing as such, just that it's more complicated, and i haven't managed to succeed in filtering off it yet.
