Team mailing lists should have a "Contact this team" link

I'm not sure about this. It doesn't seem like a good idea to be able to spam a team's mailing list this way.

Perhaps we can use standing to decide whether to allow arbitrary contact to the team. Standing currently isn't plumbed through for non-mailing list contact though.

On further discussion with team members, it does not seem like a good idea to allow this.

I think the bug was probably misunderstood. Presently, there *already* is a link "Contact this user" for teams. Take for example, https://edge.launchpad.net/~kubuntu-members -- Notice the "Contact this user" link next to the email address under Contact Details.
My point was that, as a team mailing list has evidently more than 1 members, the link should be *renamed* to "Contact these users" or "Contact this team".

But again, I on my side am not really very clear that it was really misunderstood or not =)
Will renaming the link result in spamming? I'm a bit confused at this point.

The link will be removed from the page because it present an opportunity
for a malicious user to send spam. The [Contact this user] feature
limits the number of emails that will be sent; contacting a team
circumvents the limit.

On further further discussion, we think it might not be a bad idea after all, so we're going to allow it. We can always disable it later.
