last breadcrumb item shouldn't be a link if you're there already

Bug Description

The last item in Launchpad's location bar should not be hyperlinked if you are already on the page it represents.

For example, on <https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/feisty/amd64>, the location bar reads "Launchpad > Ubuntu > 7.04 > amd64", and the "amd64" should not be a link.
