Bug Description
e.g.
Bug:1234 - as plain text, so that we can just copy the bugs we need for the deployment request.
That should be *all* the bugs for the report collated - say in the top section.
e.g.
Revision 1234 can be deployed
bugs addressed = Bug:1234, Bug:2345, Bug:3456
