Bug Description

The postgresql-8.3-slony1 package in the Launchpad PPA is missing all the critical files:

/usr/lib/postgresql
/usr/lib/postgresql/8.3
/usr/lib/postgresql/8.3/lib
/usr/lib/postgresql/8.3/lib/slony1_funcs.so
/usr/lib/postgresql/8.3/lib/xxid.so

It just contains the fluff.
