Bug Description

Right now, https://dev.launchpad.net/Contributions shows Jamal Fanaian listed twice:

  Jamal Fanaian <jfanaian {_AT_} gmail.com> (3 top-level landings)
  Jamal Fanaian <jamal {_AT_} jfvm1> (1 top-level landing)

Obviously, the cause is the different email address. One solution would be for the script simply to know about different email addresses and unify them as special cases. Another strategy would be to unify on name; if we do that, we need to watch out for inclusion/exclusion of middle initial and other common variances, though.

Marking as 'Fix Released' because what matters for this script is when it gets updated on devpad (where the cron job runs), not when Launchpad is released.
