Bug Description

There's no public image for testing Launchpad with ec2test. This sucks, since it means that only approved people (currently only some Canonical employees) can test Launchpad with ec2test, which is basically the only practical way of testing Launchpad.

I guess step 1 is working out what on our current images can't be made public. sourcecode/shipit and sourcecode/sso, anything else?

Michael, Diogo, thanks. Are any more technical changes needed for a
member of dev community to be able to run EC2 tests? (Once we're ready,
I'd like to add information about this to the dev wiki.)
