Bug Description
Apparently, build daily means go ahead and build it whenever. I can understand that at times the system may have it's hands full, but if the estimated time for a daily build *starts* around two days and actually goes up from there instead of down then maybe having "daily builds" is wishful thinking.
Also, how do I delete "Pending builds" whose estimate seems to go the wrong way every day? Does deleting the recipe automatically do this?

We do have new hardware that we're planning on getting in place. That should fix this issue.
