sparklines using error red and link blue when it shouldn't

Bug Description

The sparklines use red text to display 'max commits'. Whatever that is, I suspect it isn't an error as indicated by the text colour choice.

It also uses blue text for the other line of information ('90 days' - redundant since it doesn't change and the last commit time). blue is the colour of a clickable link, and this isn't a clickable link.

I think both bits of text should be in standard informational black, perhaps changing the colour of the graph itself to make it visually distinct.

The general sparkline pattern suggests these colors can be used to associate the text with items within the sparkline, but I think the association is not very strong here, and anyhow in the context of a web page those colors already have strong meanings.

[yes, I'm trolling, but not by much]

Sparklines are gone; the bugs about them are irrelevant; if we add sparklines back somewhere at some point, we'll probably try to learn from our prior experiment.
