bzr commit --fixes lp:{bug ID} does not change the status of a bug

Bug Description

Using the command bzr commit --fixies lp:whatever does not change the status of such bug at all.

But such data specified is sent as it appears at the diff page, as it can be seen at http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~icy-phoenix-admins/icy-phoenix/1.2-stable/revision/115 where you can see a link to lp:406688 as the fix to that bug.

Within bzr, --fixes records data for arbitrary bug tracking systems. Its working as intended. Once a revision is published, its appropriate for it to interact with the bugtracker - and I see you opened a task on launchpad-code already, which is an ok place to start discussing that.

Thanks for your review, Robert.

I just wanted to make sure that the bazaar devs did not have missed any portion of code which could lead the scripts inside the bzr package to get broken, with the big bug it generates.

Let's wait for lp:launchpad-code 's review on this ticket then.
