Bug Description
As a rule, if I mark a branch as having fixed a bug, then I generally want to propose that branch for merging. At the moment, the Launchpad (& Bazaar) UIs make this rather inconvenient.
Of course, in many cases "bug is fixed" isn't quite the same as "ready for submission" -- it depends a lot on workflow. I think however we should be strongly encouraging the "one bug per branch" workflow without hurting other ones.
