"Fit Page to Selection" doesn't take arrow heads into account

Bug Description
Using "Fit Page to Selection" from the document property dialog doesn't respect start/end markers on paths. In the example svg, a straight line has a big arrow as end marker. Fitting the page to the line makes the arrow exceeding the page. Subsequent exports to .pdf or rendering using the page size will cut the arrow off.

I forgot the usual details: The bug appears in Inkscape 0.46 (built Apr. 1 2008) on Windows XP Professional SP3.
