Bug Description

version 0.46 only prints the A4 area of my large format drawings (36").
It happens in Windows XP Pro, HP desigJet 430CA, and in Cute Pdf Writer.
Version 0.45 prints just fine, in both printers.

Thank you,

Bruno Abreu

I notice that all documents bigger than A4, version 0.46 only prints the A4 area of the document. It just trim the rest.
I have now tested in several win 32 machines and printers, and happens just the same.
The same document in version 0.45 and in the same machines and printers, prints well.

Does anybody else have this problem?

regards,

Bruno Abreu

I can also reproduce this problem (printer: Canon 6400W). I can work around this issue with the help of cairo PDF export and Adobe Reader.

I use inkscape on windows 2000.

Using the current rev (22024) I can reproduce this problem with an A3 Inkscape document printing to a PostScript file using an A3 printer driver (HP 8550 PS).

Applying the fix-landscape-printing patch at bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/166678 fixes this problem.
