Cartesian Grid doesn't handle user units

Bug Description
Cartesian Grid only works in pixel units. In addition, colors are fixed.
This patch allows the use of non-pixel units. It also allows selection of color for each type of graphic element.
It also corrects some names of the svg objects, and renames the main function from GridPolar to GridCartesian.
It has been tested on Inkscape 0.48.4 r9939 built on OSX 10.8.5 using homebrew.
Please let me know if there is anything else I need to do to get the patch accepted.
