Bug Description

Hi,

python3-pillow in its 6.1.0 release removed PIL.VERSION and PIL.Image.VERSION attributes, which causes hp-check to traceback.

Although PIL.Image.PILLOW_VERSION tells Pillow's version, PIL itself is long time abandoned and pillow is its substitute, so IMHO it is okay to use pillow version.

Would you mind adding the attached patch into your project? hp-check ends with traceback without it.
