Bug Description
Hi!
When user has a device, which needs plugin, and hplip gets an update, then it can happen his device will not work due mismatch in plugin versions. AFAIK the solution is to download newer plugin, but the error message does not say anything about it.
The patch is about enhancing the error message to tell user to use hp-plugin to download newer plugin. Would you mind adding it into the project?
