Bug Description
Version 4.58 includes some good overall fixes and deals with a very silly issue where 7za ignores the system umask and instead sets it's file output permissions to 600. Very silly workarounds have to be done in order to clean up its work.

It looks like this bug requests a backport from Ubuntu 8.10 (Intrepid
Ibex). However, as Intrepid is no longer supported, such a backport is
no longer possible.
