Bug Description

For tasks that you want to delegate, it would be great to have a "Send by email" function/button.

I would have implemented it tonight, but it seems that Evolution does not have support for API calls to send mails via python. I'm removing the milestone

I have already looked and I suggest to use xdg-email that is part of xdg-util.
Moreover xdg-util is currently used to open url via xdg-open (see tools/openurl.py).

This is a partial solution, but I could a first release (Release early, Release
Often :D)!

That it's just plain awesome. XDG is a better way to go than Evolution anyhow. Smart thinking, Alexandre!

I did not understand "but I could a first release", I think a verb is missing :-D. You meant you want to write this? If so, go ahead! If you need any help, you know where to find #me.

I asked around in #gnome, and I was suggested to use

gio.app_info_get_default_for_uri_scheme('mailto').launch_uris(['mailto:someone@foo'])

it works well, but I don't know if it supports mail bodies and so on. Just making a small note
