Bug Description
Tags represent the way the user structures his/her tasks. As such he/she can decide to give more importance to certain tags. In this case, sorting tags by alphabetical order is irrelevant.
Tags should thus be reorderable at will, for instance by using drag and drop.

It would be nice to have some tag name style for indicating tags that should be at the top or bottom of the list. Currently (in 0.2) prepending tags with punctuation will move them down in the list.
For instance, '@^foo' might put 'foo' at the top of the tag list, and '@_bar' puts 'bar' at the end.
