New tab should have initial focus on the URL bar

Bug Description

When opening a new tab, the cursor focus disappears.

The focus should move to the URL bar if there are no forms on the page to focus on.

This issue is supposedly fixed for gnome 2.12.

I'm still getting the problem using dapper though - gnome 2.12.90

I'm still getting the problem using dapper though - gnome 2.14.2.1.
As i placed in Bugzilla in terms of usability, and based on a 20 people inquiry, focus should head to the URL.

This bug has been reported as fixed upstream.

The designed behaviour is that the address bar should be focused if your home page is set to be blank, otherwise the page is given focus.

In case anyone else is like me, and found this design choice unbearable, galeon is a nice alternative. Hitting Ctrl-T opens a blank tab, regardless of whether or not you have a home page set, and the focus is in the URL bar.
