Bug Description

Daniel has made a great job in making sure that every plugin at least has some stub documentation. However, after that work, the ipv6_function plugin has been added and it lacks documentation. Please provide at least the basic level of docs/index.rst documentation as can be find in other plugins.

I tried to figure out what ipv6_funtion does and I get either syntax error or segmentation fault. Perhaps this module is not complete and should in fact be disabled?

In a moment of sanity I realize we shouldn't really ship a plugin that is loaded by default and crashes the server. (Even if it is undocumented, you know, maybe someone will find it.) I will submit a patch that disables ipv6_function after make test is done.
