Bug Description
There needs to be a way to batch enroll students into a section.
I should be able to enter a list of student id's
For example: 336874, 458753, 667849, 309885, 678743, 400032
And then the batch importer should import all students into the section that exist in the student database,
confirming for me which students it imported,
and letting me know if any students could not be found/imported.

Ignas says xls import already has some of this functionality. Perhaps we can build off of what's there???
