Bug Description
'bzr shell' accesses the network each time when used in a checkout, presumably to find the network nick of the master branch. Ideally it should just be accessing the local nick, making 'bzr shell' a bit faster in that situation.

It seems that this is fixed: If a local nick is set, bzr shell doesn't seem to access the network anymore.
