Looks a bit odd to me. No real idea what is going on, of course.

This is because the repository is on codeplex, which is not running an instance of the standard subversion server.
Codeplex has a custom subversion implementation (on top of Visual SourceSafe or something?) that is kinda dodgy and inconsistent.
