bzr send should output a patch series (by default, overridable) when used with a loom

Bug Description
This would make some interoperation easier; its roughly:
for thread in threads[1:]
bzr send -r thread:..-1
concatenated together. And maybe some extra stuff to include the nickname etc.
Similarly, generating N emails may be desired by some users.
