bzr-handle-patch crashesinstead of showing an error dialog

Bug Description

bzr-handle-patch imports the error_dialog from bzr-gtk when an error occurs but it doesn't specify which module it's in. Because of that, it fails when the program is installed. I have a fix.

Merged to trunk in revision 669 (fix is revision 666.3.1) on Nov. 30th. I remember this should be marked as fix released even though no official release is done yet with this fix. Right? Jelmer? Vincent?
