3) What you expected to happen
If I plug in an external mic the controls of the audio settings should work.
4) What happened instead
I have to close the audio settings and start them again to get the audio controls working.

This bug is about the right pane being insensitive if you first have no inputs at all, and then add an input while sound settings are running.
