[Feisty]bug on boot sequence

Bug Description

On boot the following error messages are displayed :
(1) /etc/udev/85-billty.rules does not exist (spelling may slightly differ !)
(2) udev_db_add_device unable to create db file /dev/.udev/db/class@input@input0@mouse@ no such file or directory (spelling may slightly differ !)

Bug for missing symlink, rules should be placed directly into the /etc/udev/rules.d directory

ignore (2) that's already fixed
