Bug Description
The launchpad-
1. for the feisty, Python 2.5 is default but Launchpad requires python 2.4. So the python-dev dependency is not enough to pull in the 2.4 headers. Please change this to python2.4-dev.
2. please add python-celementtree as a dependency for launchpad-
