Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Add a new demographics field at /demographics and make it limited to a group, for example Teachers
2. Add a Teacher and fill the new demographics field in the Teacher add form
3. Edit the new teacher. You won't see the limited field in the Demographics fieldset
