In Internet Explorer 6, Internet Explorer 7, Konqueror 3.5.5 (as shipped in Ubuntu 6.10), and Safari 1.3.2, <https:/
Safari may not be a target browser for Launchpad, but we can't really ignore Internet Explorer and Konqueror.

It was known that it wouldn't work on IE at the beginning, but I think I
know how to fix it. I was expecting it to work in Konqueror and Safari,
though, I'll take a look to see why it doesn't work. Hopefully the IE
fix will make it work on the other browsers as well.
