Bug Description

The Gnome NetTool (gnome-nettool) icon should appear in Applications->System
Tools after installation.

Also, perhaps we should ship this by default? There is currently no gui way to
check the status of your network.

The place of the menu entry is fixed in this upload.

 gnome-nettool (0.99.3-1ubuntu3) warty; urgency=low
 .
   * debian/patches/02_menu.patch:
     - moved the menu entry in Applications/System Tools (Warty: #2086).

I reassign the bug to Jeff for the shipping part.
