Bug Description
Some project participants will want to be told about all merge proposals across all branches for a project.
At the moment this can be accomplished, but only by a complicated and hard-to-discover procedure involving creating a new team and then subscribing that team to every branch into which things will ever be merged. <https:/
It would be better if there was instead a way to just subscribe to all merge proposals.
