Evolution not installed by default

Bug Description

After a fresh install Evolution was not present on the system. Evolution should
be installed by default in a Desktop install of Warty.

evolution isn't in the Desktop task. evolution1.5 is in the seed, but apparently
not in the archive, probably because we need to get it from experimental.

Evolution is not even in Warty, because it's not in the seed lists, because
germinate can't see packages in experimental. Filed Bug 8631 in the other bugzilla

evolution1.5 is now present, but can't be built until its build-deps are
satisfied as well. Reassigning to LaMont to keep an eye on it
