Bug Description
Binary package hint: emacs23
When running gdb under emacs to debug a program that needs root access, I prefix the gdb command with sudo. This worked fine in emacs22, but with emacs23, if sudo has to prompt for my password, I enter it into the minibar like normal, but then sudo never does anything with it and just seems to hang. If I run it in emacs22 first so the sudo password cache takes effect, then run it from emacs23, it does not prompt for the password and works correctly.
