Wi-Fi Kill-switch hot-key doesn't notify NM

I have verified that the current proposed kernel does allow for the killswitch to properly work on a machine with chassis type 9.

@Chris, which release did you verify ? Lucid or Maverick or both ?

@Jean-Baptiste verified with Maverick -proposed ... from what I can tell there is not a new Lucid kernel in -proposed that carries this patch.

I can confirm with the kernel in proposed that i've now got dell-laptop working on my chasis 9 machine.
