Unused “commentable” field in OpportunityList model

Bug Description
The OpportunityList model has a BooleanField labelled “commentable,” which purports to toggle whether opportunities in the list can have comments.
Looks like something we had for a while and just never used. Comments are called Notes now and the feature pays no attention to that field. We can either make it pay attention, or remove the switch.
I feel the latter would be the better choice, to keep things simple and consistent.
