Bug Description

Binary package hint: openoffice.org

When I try to start OpenOffice.org, it doesn't start at all. In terminal it shows this error:
weits@igor:~$ openoffice.org
weits@igor:~$ X-Error: BadDrawable (invalid Pixmap or Window parameter)
        Major opcode: 62 (X_CopyArea)
        Resource ID: 0x0
        Serial No: 464 (464)
These errors are reported asynchronously,
set environment variable SAL_SYNCHRONIZE to 1 to help debugging

When uninstall the openoffice.org-kde package, openoffice.org starts and is running without problem. Only it looks terrible and has no KDE file picker etc.

After some testing I found out a workaround.
I had QT Graphics System Raster enabled.
When I swicth back to Default (X11/XRender), it started working again.

So there are two basic solutions:
1. uninstall openoffice.org-kde and use QT Graphics System Raster
or
2. use default QT Graphics System

It would be great to use both openoffice.org-kde and QT Graphics System Raster

Setting QT_GRAPHICSENGINE=native before starting ooffice fixes this for me.
There is a one-line patch on the OOo bugtracker which forces it to use the native
graphicsengine.
This should be quite high prio imho due to the new GUI in kubuntu where you can change graphicssystem
and the simplicity of the fix.
