Add previous section to available groups in add form

Bug Description
The second choice of filtering groups (after "all groups") in the add/remove members form should be the immediate previous linked term if one exists, in form "(title) from (term)"
So to bring across the students from last term I should just be able to select the previous term's "group," hit find now, invert selection, add, OK.
That's a little long, but it is a good place to put it.
We also could do the same thing in import section members.
