Change wording on schoolyears view

Bug Description
Change "Activate next school year" to "Activate the selected school year."
Er, unless IT DOESN'T DO THAT. In which case you should tell me what it does.
Also, put the two buttons on the same row (right now Delete is above the other), with "Delete" on the right.

I guess the checkboxes in that view are used only for deletion not for activating the school years. AFAIK the activation button works this way:
1. It looks for the active schoolyear (if any)
2. It activate the "next" schoolyear in the container based on the "last day" date of schoolyears
